  • Aramid Fiber-Reinforced Polyamide (PA46) Plastic (4715AF) – Mechanical Strength and Dimensional Stability

Made from polyamide (PA46) and reinforced with aramid fibers (AF), 4715AF offers excellent mechanical strength, self-lubricating wear resistance, smooth operation, and superior dimensional stability. This material is well-suited for precision parts operating under continuous mechanical stress where consistency and durability are critical.

 

 

  • Conductive PC-CNT Materials (5150NGF & 5200NGF) – Reliable ESD Control

These materials are widely used in electronic trays and handling systems to:

  • Prevent static charge accumulation
  • Protect sensitive electronic components
  • Ensure safe transport and storage conditions

In addition to conductivity, they maintain strong mechanical properties and processability for industrial applications.

  • Extending these capabilities to more demanding semiconductor environments, Titan Polymer introduces PC-CNT 5100NC.

Our PC-CNT 5100NC product is a combination of ultra-pure/impurity-free polycarbonate (PC) reinforced with carbon nanotubes (CNT), providing stable electrical conductivity to effectively control electrostatic discharge (ESD).

In the semiconductor industry, ultrafine dust is the number one enemy. This resin is specifically designed to not release carbon particles, ensuring an environment for packaging silicon wafers with absolute purity and robust mechanical strength.
