RECOMMENDED PROCESSING CONDITIONS :
To optimize the anti-static matrix and mechanical properties of ABS A030AS, Titan Polymer recommends pre-drying the material at 80°C for 3 hours. The ideal molding window features a Melt Temperature of 200°C – 240°C and a Mold Temperature sustained between 60°C – 85°C.
