Enhancing Workforce Competency Through IATF Training Program

Aligned with our long-term strategy to strengthen quality management and meet the increasingly stringent requirements of the automotive industry, on March 31, 2026, with the approval and direction of General Director Chang-Chung-Pao, our company officially launched a comprehensive training program based on the IATF-16949 standard for all employees.

This initiative reflects the strong commitment of the company’s leadership to investing in human resource development. Through a structured IATF-16949 training program, employees are equipped with essential knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the specialized quality management system in automotive plastic manufacturing.

Notably, the IATF standard implementation model at Titan Company (Taiwan) has achieved many positive results, received positive customer feedback, and successfully improved quality management efficiency, becoming one of the important reference experiences for our development direction.

The program not only enhances professional competencies but also raises overall awareness of quality, process control, and continuous improvement across all departments. Through this training, employees are better prepared to contribute to high-standard production, ensuring that our products consistently meet international requirements of the automotive industry.
